We only process orders from British Columbia registered cannabis retailers. Please submit your information in retailer registration page before placing any order!

Situated on 5 acres of beautiful BC countryside, Craftport’s team cultivates and processes our craft cannabis in-house at our 12,000 square foot facility. Here, every Craftport product is hand trimmed, hung to dry and cold-cured to the highest standards of BC craft cannabis production.

Shipping & Payment Information


How and When Do We Ship Your Order?

We process all shipments through Purolator/UPS/Canada Post, shipment will be prepared on the second business day we received the payment.

Shipping rate: <40 km from Peachland facility, free delivery; 40km ~ 60km, $200 minimum order, free delivery; >60km, 500 minimum order for free shipping

As per BCLDB regulations, we must confirm receipt of payment before dispatching any orders. If you’re paying via EFT/E-Transfer, please send an email confirmation of your transfer to avoid delays. Keep in mind that bank processing times may vary, and transfers can take a few days to complete.

Accepted Payment Methods

We offer multiple payment options to suit your needs. Please note that Credit Card is not accepted due to BCLDB regulations.

1. E-Transfer (for smaller orders)
  • Choose “e-Transfer” as your payment method at checkout.
  • Send your payment to billing@craftport.co for quicker processing.
  • Most banks set daily transfer limits, but this method generally works for orders under $3,000. If your order exceeds your bank’s limit, payments can be split over two days.
2. EFT
  • If you prefer EFT, contact billing@craftport.co, and we will provide your finance team with the necessary details.

Returns

All returns must be pre-approved. To initiate a return, email cs@craftport.co to request a return form. Once approved, the physical product must be returned within 10 days.
